In special circumstances, we can an elevated level
of support can be negotiated. This may include direct
phone support, guaranteed response time, etc.
Premier contracts can also be negotiated for Enterprise or
redistribution customers. Contract cost is determined on a
case-by-case basis.
Additionally, we can provide product customization, development, enhancement, or other implementations services help. Our fee for these services
is currently $150/hr or any fraction thereof.
