phone support, guaranteed response time, etc.
Premier contracts can also be negotiated for Enterprise or
redistribution customers. Contract cost is determined on a
case-by-case basis.
Additionally, we can provide product customization, development, enhancement, or other implementations services help. Our fee for these services
is currently $150/hr or any fraction thereof.
